Islington Council
Story: Fixing a leaking tap, changing a fuse - household chores we all need to do. However Islington Council's maintenance department was overloaded with calls to fix the very simplest items. The council urgently needed a reference guide to help tenants sort out these little problems themselves.
Delivery: With little time and (rate payers will be pleased to hear) a keen budget, we produced a clear, straight forward, step-by-step illustrated guide to basic household jobs. Leaving the councils' maintenace staff free to concentrate on important, more challenging repairs.
